Indigestion, overeating, food intolerances, and gallstones are some common causes of upper-middle stomach pain after eating, known as postprandial pain. It occurs in the part of the aorta that passes through the abdomen. An aneurysm can develop in any section of the aorta, but the most common type is an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA).
